One register
Monitoring, tickets, maintenance and reports all hang off the same record of rooms and equipment, so nothing drifts.
AVDesk is AV management software for organisations that run audio visual estates. Built in Sydney, hosted in Australia and delivered with accredited AV integrators.
What we make
AVDesk AV Management Software brings every room, every device and every job done on them into one place.
AVDesk keeps an AV asset register organised by site, building, level and room; monitors and controls equipment through Ody, the compact box at each site; runs an AV help desk with SLA clocks and QR fault reporting; and schedules maintenance, rosters technicians and reports on uptime and lifecycle.
It works across brands (Q-SYS, Crestron, AMX, Extron and the rest) over PJLink, Q-SYS QRC, Crestron, AMX NetLinx, ONVIF, SSH, SNMP and HTTP APIs, with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Webex Control Hub, Crestron XiO Cloud, Q-SYS Reflect, Logitech Sync and Poly Lens federated in via SSO.
New to the category? What AV management software is explains the modules and how they fit together.
Who it's for
Corporate offices, universities, councils, schools and TAFEs, hospitals and health services, hotels, clubs and venues, and multi-site operators: anywhere with AV in many rooms and a team expected to keep it working. The sector guide walks through each.
AV integrators and support teams use AVDesk to run many client estates from one queue, with each client seeing only its own sites.
How it's delivered
A Registered AVDesk Integrator installs and commissions Ody at each site; contact AVDesk and we'll pass your details to one. After commissioning you run the estate self-managed with your own AV or IT team, or choose AVDesk Managed Support and our team watches the monitoring, works the tickets and meets the SLAs for you. You can switch between the two at any time.
AVDesk is priced per room and quoted for your estate. Integrators interested in partnering can talk to us.
What we hold to
Monitoring, tickets, maintenance and reports all hang off the same record of rooms and equipment, so nothing drifts.
Ody talks to AV equipment only. It controls and manages your AV assets and nothing else on your network.
Ody connects outbound over an encrypted tunnel: no inbound firewall ports, no VPN, nothing installed on devices.
Rooms are what people use and what you budget for, so that is what AVDesk is priced on. No per-device fees.
Built by a Sydney team and hosted in Australia.
